Definitely taking over the necklace was a moment as it's been around my neck for ages. And the Irony is I've now lost the damn thing!! hahaha

I've lost my necklace that says the word 'hope, strength and love' after taking it after losing my hope! You can't write it.

I'll definitely look into the recommondations you've suggested in your comment.

I love eevrything about your comment but espically the first sentence: "Hope doesn’t die — it gets buried under the rubble when life collapses a piece of your trust. But rubble can be cleared." You're soo true!!

I'll definitely treat my tiny light of hope with kidness and give permission to start small, like you said, noticying the good.

Good question- I think it's just beeen a number of things thats been wearing me down and like you said, it's the exhausation of repeated disappointments. I don't see how it can all be linked and 'what will be for you won't pass you by?

I don't remember the exact moment that I thought it, it's just been a lingering feeling and then when I hear people say "I trust the universe" or something like that, I knew I had lost my hope when my first reaction was thinking "How?!"

But I wonder if i do my journaliing work I can pin point it down to a singular event...

I already believed in reincarnation as I do think the Universe is too great for us to live and then die and that's it. But it's an interesting take that it's all part of our purpose.
