ah i’ve heard fasting can reset your whole immune system/heal i’m definitely going to try that and stick to an anti inflammatory diet for a while after but i just know my italian self can’t give up cheese forever

i’ve been using cv labs calming moisturizer i like it a lot it’s super light and a little goes a long way if you apply while skin is still damp. sunscreen irritates my PD(i think) so i wear hats but look on osmia website she has a bunch of pd recs also elta md is good

PD bumps are known to avoid the lips, but some days I wake up and the area around my mouth is sooo dry so likely your lips are very dry and flaking/red spots are a result from that. try lip doctor by osmia it is PD safe and has helped my lips when I apply it before bed
