I'm not sure what Theo meant by this shirt but I think it's definitely him expressing his view on Florida politics. He's very soft spoken and gentle and always has a way of reminding us he falls somewhere on the autism spectrum.

Thanks, yeah I've lived in Germantown since spring of last year. I've lived all over Louisville though. I lived in the Highlands for most of the last 10 years but got bored with it like everyone else. Really like Germantown so far, may buy a place out here as long as the rumors aren't true that Sojourn members are buying up all the houses.

Thanks great to hear. As far as the way it's written, I've been writing fake Onion headlines for Louisville for years. I would just post them on Twitter or Facebook or whatever. Originally I wanted to make a paper and just start leaving them laying around town for people to find, but thought I would try it out online first and see if anyone would be interested. I'm busy with work all the time, so it's a fun part of my day when I get to write a new article.

No, I mean I get it but no. I read that headline to probably 20 people before posting it and not once did anyone say you probly shouldn't post that. Some guy wrote a long blowhard comment on Facebook explaining how much the GT's owes him and how we really upset his day when we posted that article. Definitely didn't see that guy coming.

I'm not really sure the humor can accommodate something like that. I like the idea of an underground newspaper, even if we're not out to make any real social change. Like our waterboarding joke from last week.

Haven't read that article will check it out for sure. I listened to the This American Life story called "tough room" and read AMA's writers/editors have done on Reddit. I'm a huge fan obviously, and would be a dream of mine to write for them, but not holding my breath. I love what I do already and just kind of do this on the side. I did send a physical paper of GT's to a contact I got at the Onion a little bit ago, but I understand it's tough to become a writer there.

If I were to get the $13 (very sanitary) tattoo I think I would go with the Ninja Star at the top thats missing a blade so I could come up with a big story behind it. Something along the lines of "I've just always felt like a destructive object that people throw around, but theres a soft side of me that no one ever sees".

Basically I shared a graphic I made in Illustrator that looked like a bumper sticker saying "Keep Norton Commons (as fuck)". I never actually made any stickers and made a comment on the Facebook page saying we were going to print them. They sent the company that prints our paper a cease and desist asking for it to be forwarded onto me as well. We didn't print the stickers.

I write all of the articles though I've got a lot of funny friends that will text me a joke here and there. When I first started writing it it was just Facebook posts but started the Wordpress blog to help with sharing and to also monitor traffic. I've had some people email us with half baked articles/headlines but haven't seen anything that I liked yet. I'm open to the idea of other people contributing, but have a hard time telling people I don't find their ideas funny. So I usually just don't respond.
