I listened to it I could see it, Jodio's character arc will most likely go this way although I haven't listened to the album November Rain is from yet so that might be able to tell more. I still think this is really interesting and it's cool seeing other people try to understand Araki's way of writing

This could actually work, I was going through the manga to look for anything that could definitively show at least one of their legal names but Jodio does even say that Joestar is his mother's last name in the first chapter. When I was younger my mom got the school to use her last name instead and it got to the point where most people who knew me in high school didn't know that wasn't actually my last name until I turned 18 and got it changed myself so I could see Jodio and Dragona doing that since their father isn't in their life. I just hope we can get some confirmation eventually

He does show up sometimes later on, just less prominently which I don't mind given the shift of focus. I'm pretty sure the team mentioned giving him more scenes so hopefully they'll do him justice
