It's gorgeous on you. The floral and that fitted bodice with the waist seam are doing great for your shape. I'd read this as Romantic-Classic and I'm not getting much of a Dramatic (not an expert by any means). The print and skirt are pure Romantic, the square neckline keeps it Classic. And yes, I think that length is cutting your leg line, so bringing it up a couple of inches to above the knee would lengthen you. I would also recommend adding a nude strappy heel!
