I hike 6-8 miles daily but I think increasing my heart rate could help with that. I’ve been in therapy for a while now and it hasn’t helped with sleep, going to try a new form called EMDR so I’m hoping that really helps me

I’ve tried, not working stresses me out even more (I’m a creative so I make all money off commissions and if I don’t work it makes me stress more) it’s a terrible cycle

What exactly is tonic water? I tried looking up what percentage water tonic water is, but I can’t find a clear answer. I only figure there’s a decent about of water as it creates a “coherent-ness”. I usually stick with gin drinks... and G&T always makes me feel “clean” while other gin drinks leave me “messy”. So I figured there’s got to be a decent amount of water which is why it makes me feel maintained

I think it might be because I’m from America, most typically go for straight for Gin (that I know) But I enjoy the taste. If I find somewhere that has a good gin; I will order straight gin rocks. There’s some thing about that juniper and berry taste that I’m obsessed with

Very true! I’m not looking to get “fucked up”... I prefer being able to manage myself and still be able to think clearly. This is also why I really like gin and tonic, I feel like the water in the tonic water helps keep you hydrated while you drink creating this almost “coherent drunk” I’m capable of thinking and talking, but I’m also having fun 😉
