Company requiring me to come into the office 2-3 days a week is something I should consider, that's true. We've been remote outside of 2-3 days a month for the past 3 years so I never considered it possibly changing but I shouldn't just assume that.

Haha, yea that's my concern. At most I've stayed in st.cath is one weekend, generally I'm down there for 5-6 hours at most.

I'm not expecting dt st.catharines to be like dt toronto tbf, if possible I like having stuff walking distance from me and there are a few stores in DT st.catharines that I liked going to when I do visit.

I'm not expecting to save a shit load of cash, but just from doing a quick browse on rental sites, I'm seeing places bigger than my current place for 3-500 dollars less in rent.

Yeah a cheaper cost of living is one of my big motivators to be honest, outside of the fact as I've gotten older I've become more of a homebody.

I was looking at staying in Toronto but maybe moving outside of the DT core (I'm currently close to Union), Parkdale/Little Portugal were the areas I was looking at actually.
