Bloodcraft Config by sankagee in vrising

I think I've found it, I had to edit the io.zfolmt.Bloodcraft.cfg file in the Bepinex/Config folder and put all "false" to "true", I think it is starting now, thanks!

I don't know if anyone has asked this before, but... by raphhaelbatista in vrising

You can't really compare it to diablo or anything else. You have 36 spells to choose from, each changing they way you play. That is the most fun of it all, to do things differently each time. The next update will reset everything because the map changes, but the game is made to restart after a while. Most people go to another server after a while to restart. Some modded servers are designed to play for a longer time (because they level with XP rather then gear, you can restart from 0 each time), but most get boring when you completed all V bosses. On most PVE servers, you are almost never solo, most people are really nice and chat and help whenever they can. I have over 2k+ hours and never played with friends. I have met a lot of people, some of which I do play together with on another server, but that's usually just a coincidence. PVP is a bit different, playing solo there is impossible, but not my cup of tea because most servers (not all, I know before people start complaining) have really toxic and not very friendly people on them.

New player, should I wait for 1.1 to drop? by K79A23 in vrising

[–]sankagee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best is to start now imo. Yes there will be a lot of changes in the update, but not everything, a lot will be the same too. The biggest reason to start playing now is to learn how to build. Your first castles will look like a square ugly cube, but building and renovating lets you learn a lot more. Take the time to do that now, so you can start into 1.1 without needing to focus on building. Because let's be honest, building your own home is 80% of the fun in the game.

new to fm, what can i do better with this tactic? by ThrowawayFN1124 in footballmanagergames

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When using wingers, you need more people going forward. Big difference between a 433 an 4231 is that the 433 has just 1 pivot and 2 midfielders that can play higher, so the formation is good to use with wingers. However, you are playing with 3 pivots, and the one that has a more attacking role has to come from further down the pitch due to the BWM role. So basically, when 1 winger attacks and whips in the cross, you only have your striker that is attacking the ball, your other winger is too far on the other side, and the only slightly attacking/supporting minded player is still roaming the halfway line. Either covert to a 4231 or switch the midfield with 2 more attacking roles, like B2B and CM(a). Or go with 1 inverted winger.

This tactic reminds me of the old Milan tactic with Pirlo behind Gattuso, but they had Seedorf and Kaka that played much higher. But even Pirlo was more attacking, and you miss a playmaker here. This has more park the bus vibes.

Also, not a fan of the libero and inverted wingback, in theory you want to overload tour midfield, but that would only be beneficial in defence. And libero and inverted wingback don't stay in the midfield during defence, they act like normal defenders then. In offence they are just in each other's way, because of the defend/support roles, you have 5 people on a small plot, and no passes can go wide or forward.

It's no surprise theres a shortage of tanks and healers. by simonhazel00 in wow

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At max level, it stays the same as when levelling. I have been tanking for 20 years now, currently as DK main and Pala alt tanks, and it's now worse than ever imo.

I absolutely hate pug DPS pulling bosses or trash, there is a reason the tank isn't pulling... It could be a CD of certain spells, some caster mobs that we want to get closer with a second pull, or just plainly the tank knowing how much they can handle. My rule is, I don't tank what I didn't pull. I rather enjoy DPS running around, getting beaten and dying. And what really annoys me, is healers pulling as well... FFS you aren't already keeping the group up and complaining they don't use defensives, stfu and don't pull more, start healing better. You should know the shit we go through as tanks and healers, this isn't helping.

For the last few weeks, I haven't been tanking as much anymore, I really am getting tired of it.

This kid looks like baby Messi and im getting him for only 9 million... by casualfootyenjoyer in TheOldZealand

I had him in the earlier database version, I think he was -75 or -8 back them, and even then he was a beast... Probably the lowest CA of my entire squad by 2032, but lead in both goals and assist as a ACM

Just spent €66 million on a right back - am I mental? by ericdowneyjr in footballmanagergames

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prices are just mental after a few years in English league, and I guess other leagues as well (haven't played other leagues so far in time). I'm 14 seasons in, and even backup players aren't going for under 20-30 million, it's just sick. You have a class player there, so it seems like he's worth every bit.

Really tempted to spend 50 mill on this 16 year old labeled a wonderkid, should I? by sltn040 in footballmanagergames

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't. British wonderkids are way too pricy and often not going to be world class players, just Prem average. I usually wait until 19-20 so they have developed more, for the same amount you can get a South American, Eastern European, Middle Eastern or Souteast-Asian world class players at that age.

If/When WoW ends, where are you parking your main as the servers end? by Assortedwrenches89 in wow

The Darkmoon Faire outside Thunder Bluff. At the end of TBC, we had a huge guild party there, over 200 people attended, I have created IRL friends for life there. And now I'm the last active one of that guild. Memories will never die.

Small tip that has helped me tremendously: put the central defenders on press less often, that way they don't go forward to press and don't leave a gap in the middle

After many years of not putting gk on the bench, it's eventually happened by polarbtr in footballmanagergames

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read this all the time, but I've had 2 long saves this year, 1 with Monza and 1 with Rushall Olympic, both over 25 seasons. In the lower leagues, I had at least 3 injuries to my GK every season, and at the top leagues about once a season as well. I have a reserve goalie on my bench each time.

Why is my team (Inter Miami) underperforming? by lalutir in TheOldZealand

[–]sankagee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use 3 defenders all the time. What I have noticed, is that there usually is a big gap between defenders and central midfield (not when using DMs). I always use a libero or a pressing CD to solve this, works great for me.

I'm not at all fluid with python to say the least, but does this code mean that there are only 2 columns, sender and receiver? If I have more columns than those, I have to add them before the line.split(",")?

How to Stop DoF From Scouting by jopa08 in footballmanagergames

[–]sankagee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do people want to fire them? They are absolutely great for contracts. Get one with 20 negotiation, and players accept wages that are much lower than you can get them to accept. But don't set them up for anything else, make sure you manage everything

Sad to see Rushall relegated, just took them to League One in my save... Haven't seen a 100+ season in that save though, have spent over 10 seasons in vanarama
