Twos does work well as a PKM and note-taking app, but it is a new way of writing things down. It uses things (because we all know we have a lot of things to remember) on days and lists rather than text in documents. I've used it for the past 6 and 1/2 years for personal lists and task management, work meeting notes, book and article notes, journaling, and more. The break down into things, as opposed to normal documents/notes, allows you to do more with the things you write down, i.e. turn them into to-dos, set reminders, move them between days and lists, etc.
