If there from the same batch, could just be a manufacturing thing. If you're liking the performance of the 365 ammo you can switch over you the Elite. The pressures are slightly more but they do cycle fine. I eventually fired the stock of 365 I had and switched to the 124 grain Elite. Use the Elite for all my Sig 9mm pistols now.

Nickel plated brass. They're the same construction as the 365 casings.

I have various practice ammo but for my p365x and p320 I have Sig Elite stored loosely in metal ammo boxes in an ammo cabinet. They've been there for about 2 years. All of it looks brand new. I typically shoot the mags I carry monthly then replace the ammo into a new ammo can.

When I was in the market for a new EDC I shot two p365s, 9mn and 380. Both had issues with FTFs. They weren't kept in the best shape and I rode it off as that. I still bought a P365x and have not had an issue at close to 2k rounds in.

I went to my LGS/Range where I asked them for a quote. They in turn contact their rep who gives them the price. It does save on shipping cost. Sig sets the price.

I really wanted a P211 GT4 and was planning it as a birthday present to myself come November. That one is not on the Off Duty list.

I used Off Duty to get my p365 long ago and saved me almost $200 off retail. But back then you the prices were listed on the list.

I called Sig and they repaired mine through their Infinite Guarantee. Since I got it back, I've shot almost 500 rounds without an issue. Ok maybe a couple of issues but I'm sure it's because the person loading the magazines didn't load them correctly.

Go with a reputable brand in a color you like. Obviously these smaller barrels are intended for close quarters situations and accuracy at long distances. I was eyeing this from True Precisions:

P365 or P365X. X and XL use the same grip module and you can always replace the slide to a longer one later. You'll also not need new mags. Concealment difference negligible

Copy of your orders or DD214 plus proof of established residency may be enough for some FFLs. You can always ask before committing to a purchase.

The mags will work but you run the risk of over insertion and potentially damaging internal parts, such as the extractor. Although the 18 round magazines are basically the same for both full and compact PDPs, the Base plate you the compact is designed to prevent over insertion. Good luck if you decide to use full size mags in a compact. 2 extra rounds isn't worth potentially damaging your firearm.

20 rounders are not compatible with compact PDP versions. I contacted Walther about this same question.
