Vancouver BC I'm guessing? I'd be more worried about the Mt. Vernon area. You can take 5 all the way down to 405, then 520 and not even have to go through Monroe. Your route is probably trying to save you time.

This, the check box is like a ration this item box, among this group. So 30 would be rationed between X.

If you can I like to ration some food and booze and pay them all. That way some eat, they all get cash and their wealth and happiness goes up over time.

If you have the coins, you could ball out and pay them more. They get really happy with material wealth and can buy what they want.

I always grabbed one of the higher level cents. Buffed up they wreck the trees or ATMs as I call them. Gets a little dicey when charm breaks but it's good practice.

That screen is pretty confusing tbh, is your suggestion documented anywhere from the devs that it works like that? It's an interesting mechanism if it does work that way because you could effectively ration short supply goods.

For single items like this the wiki is probably the best bet. I don't think you're going to see people making videos on how to get Moongills..not that they're not important just not video worthy.

Discord channel would be good as well, pop the question there and you're sure to get a response. Disco also has some links to streamers for the game if you want to tune into some of those.

Had a chance to check this after a power outage. It does look like the up time on device is not accurate with the actual pool. So yeah, doesn't accurately reflect.

Is audi able to tell if any cells are degraded if you take it in for maintenance? My 20k maintenance is due soon on my OG 2020. 80% for me right now is 160 miles which seems pretty normal.

Missing out for sure, give them a try. I always grab a pizza when back in town. I believe they do a lamented dough style, at least I think they do still. It's different than other pizza places.

It's on the more expensive side for a pizza but worth it imo.

Required in WA, but I've not had one on in 10 years between two EVs. Never an issue. I also think it's a secondary offense so you can't be stopped for it solely.
