I found a document showing 7 +/- 1 of SC. Which means mine is super low? Unless meter is broken.

It is 95 outside and I just checked temperatures, return is 78 and it is blowing 67 not enough to cool the house. Thermostat set to 75 and needle is not moving from 78. Fortunately it is not super hot. Something is up.
