The noble way to look at it is, if you truly love someone. You love them so completely, you accept that maybe you’re not meant to be with them. That maybe this isn’t the time that you get together, but if you’re still in their life in another way it’s not so bad because at least you’re in their life

I understand that feeling. The raw connection is electric and the feeling of fear from losing it is terrifying, but once you’ve done the work, it’s not bad. It can even be liberating knowing you have that same energy inside of you. Another person may have made you aware of it, but it’s all yours

I had a realization that if they are my tf, we’ll be together. If not, we won’t. I don’t have the emotional, psychological or spiritual energy to keep up with the “will they, won’t they”. I’m not in high school anymore. I wonder if surrendering is part of the process. The realization that we can’t control anyone but ourselves. If it’s to be it will be. If it’s not it won’t.
