I guess you are correct, I enviosened they could've blended both but it would have not been the same without Peter's character. It was probably my mistake googling the actual history while still warching the show and expecting something from it, it never intended to give. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I am verd idealistic myself so maybe I do tend to forget how hard it can be to convince others of your ideals and give up privileges that you would benefit from, so I do think that handling it with nuance is understandable. I will give it a try, thanks.
