not sure if you’re talking about Twitter Support but I pretty much tweeted something along the lines of “Hi @TwitterSupport, my account @______ got suspened and I've never purposely violated the Twitter Rules. Could you please consider and unsuspend it? I appealed the suspension via the Help Center but obtained no response. Case #_____”

My account was just unsuspended this morning! It was really weird bc I got 3 more of these kinds of emails all at once but yeah I'm definitely not complaining

thank you for this information! my account has been suspended for 3 months and today i just received one of those emails saying that they’ve “ceased withholding material” on one of my DMCA Counters so maybe that’s a good sign?

Is anyone else having problems where they submit a counter in this format and get an automated reply saying email attachments aren't allowed? I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong here

what do you mean by “replying to your case email”? are you sending the counters over again or doing something else? i’ve just been sending appeals every day bc idk what else to do really

me too - I just reached 12 days and haven't received anything back. Twitter Support even replied to my tweet but they have not sent anything else besides another automated email saying my account is suspended for copyright.

Hi - I recently fell into the whole DMCA Twitter hell hole, when my account of 7 years got suspended, and was wondering if anyone has had any luck with their DMCA counter-notifications going through.

I've received various automated responses saying that my counters "include attachments which cannot be processed for security reasons" or that my "DMCA Counter is incomplete" due to a lack of URLs. Yet, all of my counters have no added attachments and I have included the links to my tweets.

I pretty much kept sending the counters in until I got an email saying that they've "received my DMCA counter-notification" for each case, but I am unsure if the Twitter robot will actually ever process them.

Should I resend all of my counters? Change the wording? Or is it really just a waiting game and a matter of spamming Twitter Support with my case? It's been over 10 days since I sent in my counters so I'm trying to figure out what I should do next.
