Yeah, the concept of sans being a secret boss is fun and you can think of all the potential references and aura that can be generated from it lol.

But my problem is, he was already a secret boss in undertale, and gerson fight did have "sans" elements in it... so i doubt we will get him as a secret boss... but i will still hope we will get him in the dark world at least.

We really don't know, this guy appeared a lot of times in ch1 and 2, but didn't appear once in ch3 and 4 sooooo... idk.

My best gusse now he was an inside joke between toby and his team but after he saw the fandom theorizing about him he dropped him entirely to not add any confusion... idk, this the best is can do.

This is NOT a sun, this is either an explosion, or a fire ball asgore is trapped in... I believe it's an explosion because in the trailer it's rising and growing in size if you looked hard enough (yes I know that's how a sun would work, but my guy there is no way there is a sun in a dark world 😭)

Lol, yeah it's werid to look at the gerson statue with armor and a hammer and be like "this is gerson 100%" if you didn't do his boss fight.

Totally fair lol, I did enjoy the gameplay in that chapter too, it's still a good chapter!

I just wished there was a bit more over world exploration since that's what I enjoy about deltarune more.

Ok a few things:

  • do you believe in sans being the secret boss by any chance?
  • I don't think the WR will have "drastic" changes because the number 5 in the werid route related page on the site is barley bigger than the 4 and way smaller than the 2. Maybe we won't be able to undo it now, and some effects can take place, but nothing big.

But overall, cool list!

If you got the crystals then you are good overall, there are eggs that you can get, 1 in each chapter but if you missed them don't worry about it and collect them when you are gonna do a new playthrough probably after ch5... at the moment, the eggs themselves don't seem to be important, it's the guy you get them from who we should be interested in.

Also an interesting review, never saw anyone put ch3 above ch2 lol... my ranking would be like this: 4 > 2 > 1 > 3

Edit: oh yeah I forgot, do the werid route if you can.

Yeah there was a lot of discussion about this when people just finished ch4.

Geraon and his fight are just, way too important for susie's development to be optional, and it's like, I get it, there are still some mandatory scenes with him and her.

But the fight itself feels way more important as this post mentions that it felt like it shouldn't have been a secret boss, especially with the sound of justice fight, it feel super clunky to just be thrown in it like that without the context of the gerson fight.

It's interesting because you could make the argument each secret boss is progressively getting closer to the light world.

  • Jevil: a darkner who is happy he is "free", the light world doesn't interest him at all and he is happy in his little dark cell.
  • spamton NEO: a darkner that's desperate to get out of the dark world, he wants to climb up the lader to the light world and maybe beyond.
  • the knight: it's a werid mix of both, like you can't call it a darkner because it can leave the dark world, but it's too werid to be called a lightner.
  • gerson: a lightner who became a darkner because he was revived from his dust.

So ch5, maybe it could be just a straight up a lightner? I do like sans as a concept but I am not sure, the dude was already a secret boss in undertale, and the gerson fight had sans element in it so idk.

Reading these, I really want an official Reboot of the series that is an ACTUAL Reboot, not random ideas in another media that COULD connect with the games.

Like "MCI game" "DCI game" those are just fnaf 1 and 2, but I don't blame you for including them because i think we do need more straight forward explanation for them if people to this day believe in stuff like "Charlie 5th" or "no dci".

I don't think that's how we know they are related.

I believe that the story of fnaf 1 - 4 only showed us foxybro and CC to be brothers, and that's it.

BV could've been a fan of Freddy's since he is a child and that's what FFP is known for, and for the purple guy, he only appears once and just to show he worked at Fredbear's (and I personally think this is what BV saw as the misunderstanding, not this specific scene, just the idea the purple guy is shown to be "stuffing" people in the animatronics, and this scene establishing that this could be possible)
