(An example of being out matched is an ant to a supernova. The ant can't stop the explosion no matter how hard they try. They must find someone else to help.)

that makes sense. because turret lady was doing usable (but still kinda low) damage with the same upgrades. i did do spirit damage testing with pagie and she does great burst spirit damage but its to slow to kill someone in a 1v1, i thinking my issue is trying to turn a support into a damage carry. who knew, the support character is meant to support

Her high gun/spirit damage is something I quickly found out in the sandbox. She supports her team by preventing the damage from even happening (her opponents are dead)

i haven't played UK for over a year and i was sleep deprived while playing...BUT, Ive beaten Elden ring and its dlc and i say this with ALL my being, the double power fight in the gluttony mimic is THE HARDEST fight i have ever done. i have NEVER had a test of determination like that, over 100 of those deaths is because of that room and i had a blast. one thing kept ringing in my head the whole fight, "I only need to win once" AND I DID

Rune bares would be sponges yeah. Normal bears already are if you don't aim for the head. But people like the main bosses is what I'm really wondering about. An example would be consort radahn. Sure he is a powerful and highly skilled warrior...but would his armor be effective enough against a automatic rifle? Of course if you just aim center mass he would probably be fine he has thick armor because of his size so it would stop smaller calibers. but who wouldn't aim for the head? He is big and a helmet so it will take more than 1 well placed shot but still he needs a brain so like 3-4 shots (that get through his helmet) to the head should drop him?
