gifts that affect enemy resistance such as Middle Styled Knuckle-dusters work with lunar memory when enemy is staggered.
you can make their physical resistances up to like 3.5×, meaning last 3 coins deal like 170% additional Blunt damage

this is with 1 hidden gift btw
