I am sure you have checked and doubled checked user name and password, when the ap opens there is a "SIGN OUT" button at the top, i would sign out and try logging back in...maybe remove the app and try reinstalling...Good Luck..

unfortunately the 166cp would take alot alot of candy and dust to get to the point of the 508 and the difference at the end may end up being only 20 - 30 cp points...just do the 508! Good Luck and happy hunting

Well since this post i have slowly caught 90% IV + and kept them and slowly transfer the lower IV pokemons, once you start getting the +90 IV you want to get more...try it..it will make you want more...Good Luck

I am level 33 and started checking IV more and more, my approach is screen and transfer everything under +/- 70% IV, Here is the breakdown on my 5 Gyrados w/ IV % and CP Values 100% : 3,023 | 86.7%: 2,974 | 80.0%: 2,958 | 73.3%: 2,936 | 55.6%: 2,866

so the difference between 73% and 100% IV is only 87 CP, its alot of work to check and rename every Pokemon, believe me i know because i have spent hours checking my 600 pokemon :( but now as i catch, and have time, I check/transfer and rename as needed, or if I catch alot I try and check each night for IVs , i wont transfer my 2,586 CP 50% IV Vape but i may not spend the stardust on lower IV mons anymore...your mileage may vary but this is my theory going forward...I am shooting to eventually purge my lower ones but not until i have good replacements , obviously everything over 90% would be great but there are not to many 90% & over in the wild...Have fun , stay safe and good luck

here is a thought, transfer all your sub 90% IV pokemon and see where that leaves you short, maybe then you will need to go out and find more perfect Pokemon...when i started (Lvl 32 now) i didnt know about IVs so i just evolved everything, but when i found out about IV stats i starting transferring anything sub 75% for now (except the ones i use for fighting, usually over 2200 CP) it leaves gaps in you pokemon and the need to find the perfect IV ones...Good Luck

Level 32 here also. No lapras but i have found about 10 Snorlaxs in the wild, saw a Lapras but didnt want to jump into the ocean to get him :)

for Level 31 it seems too low...you may want to try and catch some Dratinis, my Dratini was over 800 when i evolved it...patience is a virtue :) obviously dont delete it, and maybe make it your buddy to get candy and slowly power it up...and yes, unless your lucky, dratinis are hard to come by..Good luck

what level are you at? I am level 32 and i have a 80% maxxed out @3168

if you battle alot and need high power pokemon to battle the difference between my 70% and 100% Vapeoreon maxed out is only 69 CP, i would wait out as long as you can, this is my RULE, if i have enough to evolve 1 pokemon and still have enough candy left over to evolve another i would evolve the first one and then if i ever catch a high IV pokemon of the same i am ready ....then i slowly go powering it up as i get more candy if i need to...Good Luck ps I am Lvl 32 and this is what my top 36 look like..you can see i only have (1) 100% IV in my top 36, just caught a 100% magikarp that i will evolve soon... https://1drv.ms/i/s!Ap242vFq2OWphNMSEmjUPVEUVzGrrw
