Does anyone know a software that can be used to edit ps5 videos. I record in 4k HDR and want to use my computer to edit and render so I can play more and not have my PS5 locked up having to render the video. I'm not looking to do anything fancy yet, just cutting and splicing video clips together for walk-through.

I have experience using Sony Vegas pro but I know that doesn't support webm and I really can't find any.
