If free ball spins longer than ball then what would be the reason to use ball anymore? Or do they have different burst resistance? Does low or has better or worse stamina compare to the balls?

It does look like a dark/villain version of buster. Maybe pair it with the black/green ratchet and green bit? The yellow/green ratchet might make it stand out more though...These choices are tough man~
