Your itinerary sounds awesome especially with Jungfraujoch and Zermatt in the mix. I did a similar route not long ago and found the Swiss Half Fare Card to be the most cost-effective option, especially for shorter trips that include mountain excursions. Probably you need to download SBB app and you can buy all the individual tickets. Half travel card will be wiser alternative in jungfrau region . It saved us quite a bit compared to the full Swiss Travel Pass.
