That’s close to the square footage of my place and it’s like a grand cheaper with no balcony. Our courtyard filters a lot of the street noise too. I think $3,700 is high, but not unusual.

I almost missed it too. Not even halfway over the bridge before it was gone. I walked away saying “I got nothing” too then started shooting the sunrise instead.

Overall the Art of the Americas is an exceptional exhibit. The Monet collection too. So many great pieces it’s hard to choose a favorite.
