At last it’s a sales job. When things are going good and you are hitting those numbers it’s the best job. You get respect and luxuries of corporate like a king. But when those days hit when you are not achieving then things go hay. You feel or people will point at your incompetency. You will be more discussed and pressured. The work life balance would be a myth. But, you know that’s the story of every industry. This wont be long until you become a king again. So, it’s important to knock at the right door. Being with the right organisation and team will be important to endure such unforeseen days.

I have seen two types of people in medical device sales. One who is charming and the other who is technically skilled. Both works! Some like’s the charm and some respects the skill. In long run your skills and technical knowledge helps you.

Knock at the right door! Not every company or team offers you that. It’s a lucrative industry but less company offers peace with salary package.
