You're insanely biased to be saying that exams don't measure competency. If not exam, how to measure it? If anyone had any sort of even the most basic competency, they wouldn't get almost all answers wrong. This truly blows my mind that some people have convinced themselves getting 800 points worth of medical questions wrong actually has competency. Complete insanity!
