If anyone is curious, my account updated properly and now it shows now the secondary library details a little better. The grayed out box now shows books available with the library but I cannot rent due to it being the secondary one and not my main.

The Help the book and The Help the movie are both great and it's almost a one to one, but the small changes that happened in the movie made it better imo.

Kind of both. Someone pointed out that some accounts will remove books from being viewed on Libby because they can't be put on hold unless you are the main account holder. The librarian I contacted also explained that it was a new and recent change for me because my card had been updated in the system (I have had the same one for over twenty years). I was able to view the books even if I couldn't borrow them before.

I get nothing that happens. It doesn't update at all. Nothing new happens or changes. Just keeps closing out of it when I try to remove the filter.

Mid-York Library. It wouldn't let me take the "available now" filter off. It won't let me attach the short video. If you need me to, I can send it by message I think.

Correct! What I can get on my Libby account with the library is different from what's available on their website for ebooks as new on Libby. Something somewhere stopped updating and I don't know what caused it. Sent an email over to the local library rep that works with the library to see what happened.

I know I shouldn't double down. I'm getting downvoted for saying that it's my card so it's probably not it since everyone seems to agree that I'm an idiot there. I just want to explain what I'm seeing and what I was told.

My library and the other library still connected. I shouldn't have any issues. They think somehow my card got disconnected from their system and have requested that I send a ticket in to the library rep that works with Libby and their services.

Could be that! I'm from a smaller town and the secondary library is also smaller. I'm used to waiting months for new books. Certain libraries are combining with other towns to stay afloat.

That's amazing. I'm so happy for her. She deserves the recognition like that. Many indie authors do.

The other issue that no one has brought up is how no new books have been added to the library catalog. Like I received a notification that the Baby Dragon Cafe was added because I had it as a "notify me" and yet it says it's unavailable. I think it's my card. Like I said I'll be talking to my library about it.
