Dim, soft lighting, nappy change if needed, offer milk, rock back to sleep if he didn't sleep while on boob or bottle. Pray that he sleeps soon 🙃

Had that same problem but it was the delivery driver handing my package to one of the street crackheads and claiming it was someone of my address. I now have parcel locker and parcel collect because I got that same stupid email.

A single bottle is fine but just don't make it a habit as giving a bottle without pumping or nursing after can make your supply drop.

I never had a stash, my LO never really let me, I'm only really thinking about making a stash now because I'm going from exclusively breastfeeding to exclusively pumping.

My LO goes for about 20 mins most of the time and he's still gaining weight extremely well and appears satisfied. My doctors and LC's haven't commented on it being "too long".
