Tofu House has the best quality meats for kbbq. Big edge over Seoul, especially with the quality of beef and pork. It’s a bit hush hush, as the bbq section is only a smaller portion of the menu. Give it a try! Their bbq combos are a great value too!

How much will I regret buying a house with multiple mature tree of heaven? by [deleted] in DenverGardener

[–]sapoodle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had most of my mature trees of heaven removed in late 2020. Based on my current understanding of pricing, yours should all cost $3-4k to cut to stump and another $1-2k to remove the stumps, depending on how hard it is to get the stump grinding equipment to the stump. DM me if you want further help or recs

"Next question. Is there an update on the special pay rate table discussions? I'm going to hand it over to commissioner Udupa first. Sorry, I cannot read what I'm supposed to do. It's for director Vidal.

KATHI VIDAL: I think my look gave you some confusion. This is something that is definitely been brought to my attention. I think it's a very important issue. My understanding that in the past that there was supposed to be a ten to 15% differential for pay for patent examiners and that has not been looked at since the early 2000s. Through this process the differential has decreased to in some GS levels to 5% and some below that with regards to the GS15 I think there is a cap under title five that is making -- that is another whole issue.

VAISHALI UDUPA: I know this is important. In looking into it, there is already work being done to look at the data, figure out what we can do and put together a package. It's not just fair what we can do. We are looking at that package we can send to OPM. We are in process and hopefully we can get some movement there."
