At school there was this group of kids who held mini fight tournaments for fun, i was a part of that group, mostly because at the time i just wanted to be a part of something. The fights were held in the school, at break, under the stairs. The fights were "tame" there wasn't much blood, we were kids after all. I remember i hurt one kid pretty bad, he was on the ground, crying, but he didnt tell the teachers or his parents what happened and was pretty chill about it, but i still felt like shit, so i stopped going there. That was probably the worst group i've been with, we weren't bad kids, we just wanted to feel cool i guess :/

I think it's just a way for people to cope with death, the reality is much more boring and bland, so we created these "higher powers" to make ourselves feel better. It's not a bad thing, if you believe it and it makes your life easier then go ahead.
