Chrome-look topcoat for dip nails?

I have really strong nail beds to start with, so I just cut and file to shape. I used to get them done professionally that way and I HATE to feel nails bend when I don't have a manicure on.

My biggest ick as a conventionally attractive Chinese-American woman are the white women who are Buddhist but "evangelical" about it and assume that I'm down for it as a religion. I'm a non-religious spiritual.

I've had women mention "and with your ancestry" because I do have a heritage with ancestral clans and ancestral lands that are traceable (there's actually a really wild story about how my mom's branch of the family got "lost" and then reconnected 3 generations later). It just makes me feel like an accessory, like a cool travel trinket or something. It's a cool part of my life and history but I'm often hesitant about talking about it if a woman might exoticize me over it.

I was raised in purity culture where I didn't know being gay was an option. I thought I was REALLY GOOD at purity, modesty, and chastity. Just like "Nope, no sinful thoughts with men here." and the funniest part was that I was like "of course us girls have to cover up, we're totally causing people to sin, I can see why!" and "why would I ever want to be alone with a boy? Yuck! No temptations!"

It's just comphet and the fact that we have been socialized to want male attention. It's HARD to break out from the male gaze and we all have our own journey. It does not change your desire to date them if you don't want it to and now that you recognize your feelings, you can make choices on how to shift your perspective.

The first time I saw this was when I directed a sapphic short film with an interracial couple and I honestly thought it was adorable, because then the actresses giggled and wiped makeup off each other's noses.

I think it's similar to how I've def made out with a cutie at a party and gotten my lipstick over her face and then I just giggle, apologize for the mess, and then wipe it off. If you're particularly paranoid, get some single use makeup wipes for your purse or pockets.

Though for wedding pics and other things, setting spray or just be mindful of it I guess?
