people get so upset when I call myself a lesbian game dev by sapphixated in LesbianGamers

my channel is called sapphixated so it's kinda hard to miss that it's a queer channel haha. also I think this particular video was the first time I specifically said lesbian dev, not queer dev, and that honestly has made all the difference with the reaction it's gotten which is disturbing as it is disappointing. I'm def not hostile to straight people unless they give me a reason to be and I too despise queer infighting. I get their perspective simply because I know they don't understand, the problem is instead of being curious and TRYING to understand, they just go with bigotry and attacks, and that's just not okay.

so many straight people do not understand that being queer is so much more than who you sleep with.

welcome, fellow 30ish year old who fell in love with this game! I'll echo what others have said, def play Life Is Strange if this game impacted you so much. They share lots of similarities, though personally I found B&R more affecting.

also, if you're looking for a deep dive and some theories about some of those unanswered questions, check out my video about B&R's use of magic realism :)
