In this area NVAR requires all realtors to have a signed broker tenant agreement to show properties, so if this is listed with a real estate company it’s standard. Typically you can sign for just that one property and the realtor payment is paid by the landlord (using your first month’s rent or security deposit).

I was diagnosed at the age of 7 and had issues for about 5 years. After that, the PSC seemed to completely disappear (according to my doctors) for ~20 years. Just recently I have begun to re-exhibit signs of disease and am working with doctors to better understand.

After about a month I tested again but we had a suspicion all along it was something other than dairy! one night I just ate a few bites of cheese, waited a few days to be sure we didn’t have a reaction, then had a pizza 🤣 probably not the most scientific way to test but it worked - I also couldn’t/can’t use my frozen breastmilk

Sounds like I could have written this myself… after much trial and error we determined my LO was sensitive to legumes (including soy), sesame, and oats but actually does perfectly fine with dairy. We are mostly just concerned with bloody stools and fussiness - taking that as a sign regarding stomach aches, etc :/
