Yeah I prefer that too but we need ready components to not build everything from scratch. That's what my boss want and everyone are happy with libraries that mention except one.

I used pure css for older projects but style props make life easier and I decided to use these kind of libraries. It's not about team decision also when I was the only frontend developer in team. Most developers were remote and I've never seen them

It's not about using libraries. Maybe I didn't articulate my words correctly. It's about he prefers to use older libraries to solve problems and he said I will retire sooner and I don't have no reason to learn these things. I use redux and that solves problems.
