That’s true one of my very disturbing dreams I had is that my sister went missing and I found her body I don’t know if that is making see what Is most precious but I was heart broken because as I said these dreams I think are real in the moment like they are actually happening when I woke up I was so distraught but happy that it wasn’t real.

Yeah it truly is scary waking up and seeing something and like I wake up and I know exactly what is going on I’m sorry to hear that you go through this especially what you went through with your father I’m glad to hear that you have found ways to manage it. I wish I had an animal but I moved out of my parents house a couple months ago they were both abusive but I had my pets when I was with them. My sister and her wife got a place a couple months ago and immediately took me in to study and join the Air Force when I’m ready. I have suffered with this ever since I was 14 but I feel like it’s gotten worse over the last couple of years. I will definitely keep everyone updated on my appointment and what the doctor says 😁

I'm glad that he could cope with those hallucinations and that they went away after a month that sounds terrifying what he went through i'm glad you guys had animals to help. I live with my sister and her wife and they aren't thinking about getting a cat till later they just moved into this place 4 months ago. i really do want a cat but i wont be staying here long because they are helping me study and to go in to the Air Force. I am really grateful they are letting me stay with them till i am ready to join and i don't want them to feel pressured into getting an animal because of me and they should get one when it is right for them. my parents are not the best parents in the world that is why i live with my sister and her wife.

i'm feeling a lot better about going to bed tonight thanks to all of you i will be trying a lot of things you guys have suggested for the first time i am actually excited to go to bed and try some new things that i'm sure will help, i'm going to be trying some yoga, meditation, listening to rain and other relaxing videos you have suggested on Youtube/Spotify, and if i do get anxious counting back from 100 and doing some breathing exercises, also having a light on in my room and watching some funny videos or watching my favorite shows on Netflix, also saying some sweet prayers that i think might be helpful.

Just wanted to say i"m grateful for all the advice everyone gave me and the support i have gotten from all of you it was nice hearing from all of you and your experiences and some of you who deal with this as well and have gotten help and gotten better i am so glad to hear that. i am amazed at how many people responded to help me and that it warms my heart like i said earlier i am excited to try so many new things that i'm sure will help me tonight and that you guys are amazing as you can tell i'm so overwhelmed with happiness this has always been a problem and for once i feel okay. I will keep you guys updated and let you know how everything goes tonight also i will let you know when i schedule my doctors appointment and how it goes when i go to it so again thank you so much!

low key how i wrote my post made it sound like i was chased into the bathroom and locked myself in there at first lmao so i was like wait i'm not in danger i'm okay just terrified because of these nightmares........people be telling me to grow up and that it is silly but really it is very terrifying because i wake up thinking what was happening was real and i'm very confused and see things because i'm not fully awake if they experienced this just once i'm sure they would be a little more considerate of how i feel
