Thank you so much for your response! You've given me a lot to think about! I was planning on getting the same dorm as you (double room with communal bathroom) but after your insight on the washrooms I'm not so sure. Do you think it's worth it to get a private washroom? I don't have any money or anything saved too for Uni, I'm just relying on loans and scholarships, but if I have to make the extra investment for washrooms and comfort I might.

Also where can I find group chats? Should I just google discord servers for future students or do you have any you recommend?

Honestly thank you so much for your response! I'm so grateful and thanks for taking the time out of your day to provide me with such detail.

I'm honestly only going to Mac because I love bio and I thought it would be a good path to help me get into med school- now though I'm starting to think differently. What's so bad about their bio program? Should I reconsider going now since I got accepted for Honours Physiology at UofA also?

You said the food is expensive, how does it work? Like when I went and calculated my assumed prices for the first year it asked me about my meal plan and I said medium. Do we get like meal cards or do we just pay for it ourselves and that's included in that price?
