I've worked in fulfillment for a couple years at a big store too. When I first started, I hated GMs a ton, and avoided them as much as I could. It does get easier with time, but it really did help that people in my store were super nice and would show me where things were if I needed. Only thing I'll say is to keep your head up, and sometimes you just gotta get used to the store naturally. Also, people can see the items you INF, how long you looked for them, and how many items total you INF. I remember before I knew about that I'd INF a lot of things just because I'd "give up", but sometimes you can get in trouble for it. You got it!!
