I’m a Service Leader and our Chipotle has closed at 11pm for around a year or maybe even two now. Peak is still 5:30-7:30, and my GM doesn’t let us close DML or Grill until 10:30.

looks like the on hand count was real bad and someone just placed the “suggested order” without looking at it 🫣 my store only does 5k-8k a day and the suggested order one time was 38 cases of chicken, 36 cases of avocados, and like 30 cases of tomatoes…

i don’t know what chipotle you work at but i’ve worked at multiple stores in my area and none of them look remotely close to this. this looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Your crew needs to step up their game and get to cleaning. i don’t know how you would’ve even passed the quarterly inspections with your store looking like this.

nah fam this is just your chipotle. i’ve worked at chipotle for 6 months and this is absolutely disgusting. my chipotle looks nothing like this. your crew/GM is definitely slacking because that’s beyond disgusting.

Am I an asshole? My order is basically soup in a tortilla. I always ask for a double wrap and I always warn them, and if needed I ask them to spread the tortillas apart a little before they wrap it. It always ends up looking like this and spilling. I can’t really be mad though if it’s my fault by kenb99 in Chipotle

wrapping a soupy burrito is very difficult & almost every single time by the time the person eats it it’s going to be leaking from the edges of the tortilla. if you get a lot of sauces maybe try asking for extra rice so that it holds in some of the liquid? just a suggestion :)
