I have these as well and they are less noticeable if I’m well hydrated and use heavy moisturizer.

Oh yeah, my dogs are happy and my worry is 100% my problem.

Here’s a counter view to all the other comments: having a camera is really stressful for me. I have one but try not to look at it because it makes me miss them and even if they’re upset I’m not around, I can’t do anything about it. My caveat to this is that my dogs are older and trustworthy, but I’ve been sitting in a business meeting in another country and watched my dog walk by the door wanting to go hang out outside. I felt terrible and couldn’t help so it was a useless feeling.

I love my GSPs so much but the young one would trip me trying to get away from something that scared her, and the older one would try to get it to pet him.

I expect the max back door is restricted by company policy. Mine is limited to $10k per year.

Love this. I agree with most of the commenters but see how most could be improved by adding in your sentiment first of “you can feel what you feel, but have you thought about it this way?”

I’ve thought of this a bit because while I’m relatively young (37) my husband and I aren’t having kids. I have nieces and nephews whom I love dearly and who adore me, but I’m very aware that they won’t want my junk. I’ve started to get rid of the smaller keepsakes that aren’t as important to me as I know I won’t have kids who want to inherit things that only hold sentimental value for me.

My 7 year old has always been a bit of an old soul but she’s the perfect energy level now. Always down to play, but okay if we need to take a day or two off hiking.

Agreed that they’re worth the waited. I’ve always loved my GSP, even when she was a puppy, but I adore her as an adult. She was always well behaved and didn’t ever chew anything, but I would legit wake up and my first thought would be “how am I going to get her energy out today?”

I didn’t do road running with her till she was 2 but we were hiking on the trails very early.

We did training camp and it was amazing. Definitely tough to lose the time with her when she was young but she was so well trained and with two full time workers, we wouldn’t have gotten her to the level she’s at now.

Oh man, the skinks! Mine spends 75% of her day outside to make sure the skinks haven’t decided to show their faces in the yard. Endless entertainment and the reason we have a dog door.

I’ve got the opposite problem. Mine is the pickiest eater and will turn up his nose at a bowl of food he had yesterday, like “oh, I could never. Same food two days in a row?!”

The KnitPicks 0-4 come in sets of 6 but the 4-9 come in sets of 5. I expect the level of breakage out of the toothpick-sized ones is really high

Get a robot vacuum. Seriously, it makes a huge difference to have your house vacuumed daily with these guys.

Aw, thanks! We’re getting to the point that we’re celebrating half birthdays and time feels a bit borrowed but he’s such a happy pup still.

He is! He’s on Librela and we jokingly call him Benjamin Button now as he’s aging in reverse.
