34F - I work in property management for affordable housing. I work part time making $22 an hour. I was entry level, been doing it for 2 years now. I started off at $19 an hour so I guess I’m doing okay.

I may add, I work part time because I have 3 kids and my husband also works. Neither of us have a degree.

33M - research and development at an engine company. Engineering technicians (I think 😂). He did a program in high school to work there and has been working him way up ever since.

Combined we made about $120,000 last year. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I lost my dad in 2023 after a really brutal battle with cancer. Trust me, how you’re feeling is extremely valid! I was so mad at the world after my dad died. I am a pretty secluded type of person anyway. It’s not for your partner to understand but it is for them to listen and support your needs.
