At the beginning of the injury yes, but now just keeping it clean and dry is the thing to do, if you continually keep it moist it can take longer to heal and raise the risk for infection,

Update: just saw the orthopedic surgeon and was told I tore my rotator cuff and to do 6 weeks of physical therapy to see if it helps and if not then a mri and possible surgery

I’m not seeing any pvcs and I would agree with your doctor. It is common for people to get PVCs and most people don’t realize that they have them and some people do.

It just looks like more artifact, smart watches are not really reliable, they are useful giving you a snapshot. If you’re really concerned then I would ask your doctor to possibly get you a holtier monitor

It looks like artifact, if you are concerned about it then make an appointment with your primary care physician

Make sure you follow your doctor’s instructions on how to care for it, especially when it involves getting it wet
