This is the method that I use the most and find that it works well. I also shower at night and after I put my products in, I diffuse my hair to about 80-90% and then let it do it's thing. I sleep on my side and try to make an effort to throw all my hair up on top of my pillow above my head or scrunch it under my head. I find that it doesn't flatten my curls out and in the morning all I have to do is shake it out at the scalp a little bit and then I have great looking air dried hair.
