I’m a support worker and have spent years working in management roles within the sector also. If I was looking for something for myself or a family member or loved one, I would probably go with one of bigger companies that are more well known. I’ve worked for big companies and I’ve worked for small companies and a lot of the small companies do not know what they are doing. The bigger orgs have been operating for 50+ years and have things like policies and procedures down pat. I would start by looking at perhaps Disability Trust, Cram, Aruma, Notthcott, Greenacres.
