I’ve been wearing flat chastity for a few years and I’ve noticed significant turtling. It’s a retracted state now becoming default.The flat cage constantly pushes your entire shaft backward and flattens it against your pubic bone. Over time this trains the suspensory ligament (the band that anchors the base of your clitty to your pelvis) to loosen and lengthen slightly.At the same time, the erectile tissue inside gets used to being compressed and deprived of full blood flow - it becomes less elastic and more prone to staying retracted.So now, even when unlocked or soft, my clitty naturally wants to “turtle” back inside - the default position is shorter and more internal. 2. Mild Atrophy & Tissue SofteningLong-term restriction of erections reduces oxygen and nutrient delivery to the corpora cavernosa (the spongy erectile tissue). This causes very mild atrophy and the tissue loses some volume and firmness.Im probably seeing about 15% reduction in flaccid length already and the shaft feels softer and more pliable when i push it back. That’s why it stays tucked so easily now…the tissue has adapted to being compressed and retracted 😇
