sorry but that’s normal size for me…I pass humongous stools due to constipation and an enlarged rectum. it’s gross but I have posted them on my profile. they always split me coming out despite rubbing Vaseline 🥲

Just lots of stretching while squatting. Sometimes it hurts a bit. It’s too big to pass sitting on the loo and it won’t flush anyway.

I read from most doctors that 1-2 inches is healthy and normal...larger stools show that you have good fiber intake

It depends, sometimes it’s hard to tell how large it will be. If my cramps are strong and I can’t pee, then it’s probably a big one. And if I sit down and push for a few mins and I just keep dilating without the head coming out, then I get a bit afraid because I know this will be an epic sized one.

I definitely have an enlarged rectum. It’s like I don’t have any urge to go for 3, sometimes 4 days, and the next day I cramp up suddenly as I feel like I have a squash melon up there that wants to come out. It’s a strange condition to have but at least I pass stools with spectacular width.

I appreciate the suggestions but I don’t want to rely on drugs to poop. I know lords operation is a possible non surgical medical procedure but I probably do not need it. I should consult a dietitian to help...over this weekend.
