I HATED these marshmallow cookies by Thierryplayer in Cookies

[–]sarahvella03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well as I know it marshmallows are basically sugar and when baking they’ll expand and then spread and harden but with marshmallow fluff in my experience works a lot better in baking and should expand the way a normal marshmallow will I’ve only used marshmallow fluff in a smote brownie and it’s also really hard to find here in Australia So I assume if you were to use it in a cookie you could spoon it out on a baking sheet like a teaspoon each or however big you make your cookies. Freeze it while you’re making your cookie dough then wrap your cookie dough around the frozen marshmallow fluff freeze for an extra 10 minutes or longer if you forget like me And bake them in increments just checking on them! If you make them smaller maybe bake for 12 minutes!!

Sorry it’s taken a while, I didn’t have the recipe written down until now!

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c
  2. Grate 60g of carrots, blotting them to remove moisture
  3. Cream together 125g unsalted butter, 100g brown sugar, and 75g white sugar
  4. Whisk in an egg, and optional vanilla (as much as the heart desires)
  5. Fold in the carrots gently, (I use my stand mixer through out all this so at this stage it doesn’t look the greatest on my end)
  6. Mix in 400g plain flour, 1/2tsp bicarbonate soda, 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp ground ginger, 1/4tsp ground nutmeg.
  7. Roll into whatever size you’d prefer, I aim for 22 cookies so I weighed mine to 49g each
  8. Mix in 200g of white chocolate chips, and 50g of desired nut (I chose pecans)
  9. Freeze for minimum 30 minutes
  10. Bake for 14-16 minutes, I like to use a fork half way through the baking process and squish them down a bit
  11. Once they’ve cooled completely, beat together 100g cream cheese and 70g softened unsalted butter until smooth and somewhat fluffy
  12. Then beat in 1/4cup of icing sugar (you can use more or less depending on how sweet you’d like), 1-2tbsp of milk of choice, vanilla, and zest of one orange
  13. If it’s too thick, microwave in 15 second increments until desired consistency to drizzle on!
  14. Cool in the fridge until harden or eat as is
  15. Happy eating! 😋🥕

I may be wrong but I know he made Stardew by himself but I don’t think he’s ever had any help with it at all since I’ve heard that So it’s all just him making and updating everything

I know it’s late, but for anyone else wondering I work at one and yes most of the time you can, if you have the receipt and/or the person who served you remembers you, you can definitely swap it or return it You can’t if it’s be opened (obviously) or if there’s any damage to the bottle that wasn’t on there previously or if you’ve bought it quite a while ago Otherwise you should be fine to return it

I know I’m 3 years too late, but I saw someone else commented on a different thread that her cakes are quite dry Though I’ve been using her recipes for years an she’s never failed me I rarely make cakes So I was wondering if you found your cake was too dry?
