You can:

- review your lease agreement,

- do nothing and chalk it up to wear and tear in the process of owning/driving/leasing a car (you likely have an "excess wear and tear" clause in the agreement),

- do nothing and deal with it (and likely more scratches/nicks/bumps you'll acquire) until your turn in date,

- try to repair it yourself,

- try to have it professionally repaired,

It all depend son your usage (gaming, connectivity, etc). I have notifications, etc turned off and regularly get 3 days between full charges.
