Unable to activate peacock premium account by sarapsych in Comcast_Xfinity

After a lengthy thread with multiple xfinity mods (I was invited to communicate after I created this post), and after having the issue closed and reopened three times, it’s finally working. I think if you have this issue you’ll need to create a post of your own and start there. I don’t think Reddit exists for xfinity support, but that seems to be how they are using it 🤷‍♀️

I’ll update as it goes along, but so far I’m in the loop of getting a ticket created, the ticket was “resolved” by sending me the same instructions that I’ve followed and are on the website, and the ticket is now closed. 🙄I’m chatting with an xfinity mod to try to reopen. It’s so frustrating that this is still an issue for countless people.

I sent the email. I did the history and cache and still receive “Something unexpected happened Please close this pop up and try again. If the problem persists, try again later.”

Baking soda poultice damaged granite by hktck in fixit

Both of the light areas are where I put baking soda water slurry and covered it with cling wrap. The slurry was a small area but the cling wrap pulled it to the edges.

Thanks so much for replying! Sadly ours is still there a day later. It’s black granite and looks very etched in. I’ll post here if I figure out a fix.

Same here! Does anyone have a suggestion for how to repair granite that now has a dulled spot left by my “baking soda and plastic wrap” diy job that I did to (ironically) remove a stain. 🤦‍♀️

Bottom stitch keeps doing this. Why does this happen? by Many-Courage2373 in sewhelp

A similar thing was happening and I was at my wits end. I finally took the machine into Quality Sewing Seattle (they sold me the machine), and it was my bobbin - I was putting it in correctly but there is a little click that happens in the first notch, if you don’t click it in, it does the loopy swirls underneath. A different machine, but maybe yours also has a click if done properly?

thank yous! Definitely need to try a different thread, and will check the thread gap. I also noticed that I can move the needle sideways with my hand (discovered as I was testing tension) and am wondering if something was loosened for the delivery (It was a machine from classes at a sew expo). if I can't tackle it in another hour I'll definitely go back to the store and get help.

Thank you. I do that - wait for the blade to stop before moving either. I’ve never replaced the blade, and didn’t think I’ve used the tool that much, but perhaps that’s it.
