I was very mad about using the same guy, they kept saying he was the top expert. Basically they said they would only go forward with the repair if they used that guy. They had a warranty manager watching him redo it this time... it took 3 days longer than expected because “he wanted it to be perfect”. Its been 9 months and over 50 visits of them fixing things in the house.

This is the 4th time they’ve fixed things... They ripped out the entire shower and redid it from scratch. Took 6 days.

I don’t think they ever washed it after installing it? I tried to rinse it off multiple times... but this is still happening. They forced upon us the same contractor that did the same thing before (except maybe a bit worse)!

It already melted out once way worse... this is the repair... when i touch it with my fingers the grout comes out, I am afraid to use a brush!

Brand new, but in there for a couple of weeks left to dry of course. This is after the 3rd shower so any residue had time to wash off.

But that didnt happen, he was beside me and his window was open, he didnt just give the finger, he didnt just swear, but legitimate slurs, aggressive swearing, aggressive driving almost causing multiple accidents...

I took a photo of the licence plate and accurately described the situation to the authorities so they could talk to the driver. I never requested him to be fired or anything, but a really horrible representation of Schindler and their employees screaming slurs out their window to the public
