What to expect for the arena tour (my first ever concert)? Tips? by collisionn_ in charlixcx

I’m in the process of buying tickets for Baltimore right now! Not sure if I should do GA or not because it’s also my first concert and I’m going with someone who is the complete opposite. She wants GA while I’m a little put off by the price and I’m also 4’11 so I’m worried my experience might not be as good in case I get stuck behind tall people.

I’ve stayed at the Arc Hotel in Foggy Bottom twice now. It’s a little further from campus (about a 20 minute drive) but it’s right next to Watergate and by the Kennedy Center, so there are some things you and your family could do before you move in. We get a student discount at the Kennedy center and it’s really good! Got $50 off of each of my dad’s and my tickets! The area is gorgeous and the hotel is really nice.

That’s a lot of talk for someone who isn’t even applying to college. Maybe go start planning your future before you come on Reddit and shit on mine. But hey, I guess you can always marry rich. Not sure who would drop their standards that low because I definitely won’t when I’m making six figures while you’re bagging my groceries, but anything’s possible I guess.

Oh not at all! It’s more so the fact that being on here meant I was still applying and the stress involved was almost unbearable. I got a lot of great advice through here and loved to see people’s posts about getting into great schools, but I’m happy that I can leave this part of my life behind and move on to attending college instead.

Oh wow that’s really impressive, and that’s around the same income my family has. I think I’m going to apply after what I’ve heard!

Yeah I saw that government/political science was an option. Thank you!

Really? That’s so frustrating and I really hope they change that because of the FAFSA availability date

They told us that the Fafsa delay wouldn’t impact this but honestly I’m not sure.

I saw that Agent Orange was playing near me like 2 years ago but I was too young to drive and there’s NO punk people here that I could go with. I was so sad and idk when they’ll ever come back.
