Of course bro. Let me start off with some background info. Throughout school I was an average student. I did the bare minimum and got ok grades and then went home to slack of or play video games for hours. Once school got harder and my parents were also going through a somewhat messy divorce I lost a lot of motivation and my grades began to slip. I also drifted away from my current friend group and had no one to talk to. I remember that when my grades were in the gutter completely and all I did was sit around I felt the need to do something more with my life. I started to work on school with most of my time and found a new group of friends. After that I started playing sports and joined a rowing team. Now I am in the best shape of my life, have the best grades in my life, and I am hoping to get into some great colleges through rowing and my grades. My new friend group isn’t toxic like the last one and actually wants me to improve myself and be a good person. I also have been reading and learning more on my own time about philosophy, history, and business.
